World Wide Servicing and Support

All servicing is done at our factory in Yorkshire by qualified and experienced engineers. The support team are available on email or by telephone and are always happy to give help and advice.

Wren receives very few warranty repairs, as all the engines are thoroughly tested before leaving the factory. We warranty the engines and associated equipment, free of mechanical defects in workmanship or materials for one year after purchase date, to 200 starts, or 20hrs running whichever comes first.

A bearing change may be required after 25-30 hours running on Jet engines or Turboprops. On a helicopter engine the interval is longer because the engines are usually run at a lower rpm. You can hear when the bearings are becoming worn – the sound of the engine changes and there is a “grumbling” sound on spool-down.

ALL GOODS RETURNED TO US FOR REPAIR/UPGRADE FROM OUTSIDE THE UK MUST BE MARKED ACCORDINGLY:

FAILURE TO DO THIS MAY RESULT IN US INVOICING YOU FOR ANY EXCESSIVE IMPORT CHARGES RAISED AGAINST US BY CUSTOMS & EXCISE
